I came into Dr. Weis office because I had several issues with my teeth: I have congenitally missing upper lateral incisors (the teeth that are suppose to be next to your two front teeth), which caused my canine teeth to shift into the place where the lateral incisors are suppose to be; my two front teeth were noticeably larger than the others, and I had yellow stained teeth. I knew I was going to be a challenging case so I needed the perfect cosmetic dentist for the job!
During my initial visit, which was free as per a promotion Dr. Wei had going, Dr. Wei examined my smile and he came up with a game plan to give me the smile that I always wanted but thought I would never be able to have. We both decided on porcelain veneers; I ended up getting a whole set for the top teeth 8 in total with some whitening for the non-veneered teeth.
Dr. Wei then proceeded to show me a preview up of what my smile was going to look like and I very impressed!! He designed the temporary veneers, which looked 100% natural and beautiful. When the whole process was complete I was in utter joy. The veneers looked amazing!!!!! The whole process was painless and I was able to watch a movie to distract me.

After lots of research on skilled cosmetic dentists, I came across his practice and immediately made an appointment with him for porcelain veneers. His office is clean, staff is personable and most of all he is a great cosmetic dentist!! You can really tell he takes a personal interests in your needs, has a great eye and will work with you on a clear plan. I am truly glad I waited and found him, and I will continue to visit him for routine checkups !

Before going to him, I had concerns about the alignment and color of my teeth and specifically wanted to close a gap between my front teeth. I am so happy with my new porcelain veneers!!! I have also received a lot of compliments on my smile. Getting porcelain veneers was a big decision for me and I met with other cosmetic dentists for a consultations and did a lot of research online. I’m not proud to say I haven’t taken great care of my teeth but now I am a bit self conscious about my smile. I am usually apprehensive and cautious with dentists overcharging for unnecessary work but he actually made suggestions for me to save money by putting off an unnecessary procedure. What makes Dr. Wei a great dentist, in addition to his precise craftsmanship and desire for perfection.
There isn’t much more to say about the “Dr. Wei experience” that hasn’t been said already. Dr. Wei and staff exceed all the standard requirements of what you want in a dental office and then some. Of course you get a friendly and courteous staff, accurate scheduling, (I never wait), clean office, state of the art technology (the needle vibrates to mitigate pain, watch a movie during dental procedures) and very reasonable pricing for the high quality of work.
But what makes Dr. Wei a great dentist, in addition to his precise craftsmanship and desire for perfection, is he is a great person. His demeanor and warm personality which can only come naturally, literally takes a way the entire anxiety of a dentist visit. You don’t feel like you are visiting a dentist, you are visiting a friend that does dental work.
Additionally, despite his often full schedule, his attentiveness always makes me feel like I am his first and only patient on every visit. Examples:
Knowing I needed extensive work and that I travel 30+ miles from work for each visit (worth the trip), he immediately calendared me in for multiple future visits and precisely calculated the procedures he’d perform each visit so to minimize my visits. Of course, each visit went according to plan.
He knew I had a wedding to attend thus needed my cracked veneer replaced (cracked veneer was from a FORMER dentist), concerned that the veneer would not be shipped to his office in time, Dr. Wei went out of his way on his day off to pick up the veneer from the lab so that I would have it in time for the wedding! I am quite confident that none of my previous dentists would have even considered doing that.
Lastly, the customer service provided by the staff is First Class. As of the very first visit, they said that I would receive reimbursement from my dental insuarance within 2 weeks and though I forgot about them (I am skeptic with insurance companies), it was a pleasant surprise the checks arrived! The team is also very diligent with following up the very next day on any procedures performed to ensure I am comfortable. They never miss a beat.
As such, my search for a dedicated, punctual, reliable, flexible, honest, knowledgeable, caring, pride in their work, quality, dentist has ended at Dr. Wei and team. Like others, I highly recommend Dr. Wei. If you are skeptical, just chat with him for yourself.
